Hi everyone I'm a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, registered and insured with REPS.
As a qualified PowerWave instructor and having undergone further training in Gym Based Boxing, Spinning, Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Training, and Circuits I am passionate about helping people reach their goals.
If you think lifting weights is just for boys, think again... I love to lift and can often been seen hitting the dumbelss and barbells... come and join me !!!
